  1. What is your shipping policy?

    Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. You’ll receive a tracking number for your shipment.

  2. What Shipping options do you use?

    Orders will shipped via UPS, FedEx, & USPS.

  3. Where is the confirmation Email?

    Once you have placed your order, you will receive a email. If its not in your inbox, please check your Junk / Spam folders. Confirmation emails will be sent after the order is placed. However, there can be a delay with the email being sent. In this case please allow 12-24 hours for the email to delivered. If you have any further questions regarding the email, submit all inquiries here.

  4. Where is my order?

    Once you have placed your order, and received your confirmation email. You will receive a tracking number to track your order. If your order is placed on the weekend or national holiday, you may experience a delay based upon postal service / courier. For additional questions about your order status click here.

  5. What forms of payment do you except?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.

  6. What is your Return Policy?
    All sales are final and non-refundable. Only exchanges will be allowed based upon damaged items.
    A Return ID Number is required for all items being Return/Exchanged.
    Return ID number are issued for damaged items. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery of merchandise . All items being returned must be returned in original condition with original packaging.
    It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all items are are shipped to Unclaimed Baggage LLC for an exchange of items.
    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
    Any items returned 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
    ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCEPTIONS

  7. How do I Return or Exchange?

    The following information must be provided for a return or exchange:

    • Contact Name

    • Email Address

    • Order Number

    • Order Date

    • Style Number for Return/Exchange

    • Quantity for each style

    • Reason for Return/Exchange

      Email the above information to receive a Return ID for your exchange.
      Once you have received your Return ID. Ship items to Unclaimed Baggage LLC
      After receiving your Return/Exchange item(s), you will be contacted via email for confirmation.

I understand and agree to the terms & conditions and have read the shipping & return policy.

I confirm that I’ve placed my order correctly (color, style and quantity). I understand that any changes made during or after the processing period will result in cancellation and delay in shipment of product.

I understand due COVID -19 items may be delayed. I understand I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the Courier.

I agree that all information is true and accurate pertaining to payment information, my address for item to be shipped and email for receiving confirmation email and shipping updates.

I understand that Unclaimed Baggage LLC is not responsible for missed or rescheduled deliveries with postal / courier services.

I understand that Unclaimed Baggage LLC will replace damaged items upon receiving items. All items must be photographed in the original packaging and sent to unclaimedbaggagellc@gmail.com. Unclaimed Baggage LLC is not responsible for handling and treatment of product.

What is your privacy policy?

Unclaimed Baggage LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on the site. We will not sell, share or rent your information out to any other parties.
